Description

PRODUCTION AREA
The grapes are carefully selected from estate vineyard in the south and west of Montalcino (250/450 m above sea level)

GRAPE VARIETIES
At the end of the fermentation of the grapes which will become Brunello di Montalcino. Immediately after racking, the skins are transferred to the distillery to preserve the aroma profile of the varietal.

PRODUCTION METHOD
The Grappa is obtained in the classic system with a discontinuous steam still pot, in order to preserve the character of the original wine.

DESCRIPTION
Our Estate produces two types of Grappa: a young grappa, with a clear white color and a harmonious, intense and fine taste in which the flavors of grappa and fruit come out with a vivid note of alcohol and an aged grappa whch is distilled from the grape skins of our Zebras Selection with an amber color and a round and alegant taste with hints of vanilla and chocolate.
