The estate vineyards are located in the south and west of Montalcino (250/450 m above sea level)

Calcareous – clay – sandy silt

Sangiovese 90% e 10% other vines

Average 5.500 vines/ha
PRODUCTION METHOD
Hand harvested, selection prior to pressing.
Maceration and fermation for 20/25 days in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks (26/28°C)
Aged in wood for a limited time not exceedng 3 months and bottles aged for at least 6 months
DESCRIPTION
Bright ruby red color. Fruity bouquet of good finesse, fresh, intense and pleasant taste.
